Getting ready to invoice in WAWF

Prepare the shipment, invoice, and submission values before you begin.

01

Check the payment instructions

Where applicable, DFARS 252.232-7006 identifies WAWF payment instructions. Review the document type and routing information specified in your contract. WAWF processes payment requests and receiving reports.

02

Prepare the invoice PDF

Review what shipped, the related CLINs, quantities, and invoice amounts. O2F builds an invoice from the shipped items and provides a PDF.

03

Have the WAWF data sheet ready

Use the O2F data sheet to prepare the values you will enter. Check them against the award, shipment, and contract instructions before submission.

04

Keep supporting records together

Have the shipment number and required documents available. In O2F, the carrier label and packing list are required for shipment finalization; attach other documents applicable to your order.

05

Submit, then record the result

You complete the submission in WAWF. O2F does not submit invoices or receiving reports for you. Record the confirmation, follow the payment due date, and record payments.

06

Reconcile the amounts

Compare award, invoiced, and paid amounts. Review mismatches and overdue-invoice alerts, and resolve the underlying records.
