Extra seats
Full seats are for admins and operations managers. Limited seats are for department and read-only users. Extra seats are priced per seat and billed with your plan.

Active orders
An active order is a sales order that is not closed or cancelled. At 80% of the active-order allowance, O2F shows admins a warning. Above your plan's number, O2F shows a prompt to upgrade; nothing is blocked.
Onboarding
Onboarding is invoiced separately from the subscription.
Payment
Card payments are handled by Stripe. O2F never sees or stores your card number.
